We charge $10 shipping with free shipping on orders over $300 (any location in Singapore)
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We will not ship on Saturday, Sundays and all Public Holidays.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt date

• All products must be in its original, unopened and unused condition

• Once open, cannot be exchange.

• Only items purchase in RF3 World Singapore HQ may be accepted for return, please provide us receipts for verification.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Any damaged or unopened product can be exchange at our office in RF3 World Singapore.

• Any damages within our premises, products can be exchange.

• Damages outside our premises cannot be exchange as we are not responsible for it.
